Note to self:

If you're going to swap out the tag so your boat looks to be rated for the HP motor you intend to put on it, at the very least use a tag from the same model boat.

And yes, I know of a few people who have actually done this.

What happens if there is some sort of incident, and it turns out you overpowered your boat beyond what it is actually rated for?
