I always thought a flashing light on the keypad meant a breaker was tripped on that circuit however I don’t know what a flashing stop button would mean? Does your boat have a main shutoff switch? My 08 620 has a main shutoff in the rear driver side compartment next to the starting battery that shuts off all power to the pad. If so maybe try turning that off for a few minutes then back on to see if that resets the issue.
