After 18 months my built-to-order 209tfx developed gel coat blisters on the scum line. Yar Craft (Bass Cat, really) built me a brand new boat for free. I kept my trailer and they switched over my Atlas jackplate, motors, electronics and sound system. Otherwise brand new including seats and awesome flooring for the cockpit area. 2018 models include improvements such as better lighting everywhere and a cool ventilation\fan system that dries the compartments. Yar Craft reps never haggled for a moment, soon as they looked at the boat they decided to replace it. Might have been helpful that my dealer, Sherm's Marine, Wabash IN, sells a ton of YC and Bass Cat boats, and he helped advocate my cause with the factory.
