Correct Yamaha only does tilt, as that is the only range the motor should be operated in that is all the gauge covers. It is in the sending unit, no matter what gauge you put with it. My only suggestion for full up, not sure why you would want to raise it that high regularly, would be to time it from when your gauge stops. (3seconds of raising it or 5 count etc.)
