I just finished re-carpeting my 28 year old Tuffy. I did a complete rebuild. I considered the new foam floors, but ended up going with carpet. I got a good buy on carpet and have a brother who does flooring, (not boat flooring), but he was able to help out.


Have lots of razor blades, glue and carpet. Have a good long solid straight edge and have at it. It is pretty satisfying.


I think doing it by myself would have been more of a challenge than I would have wanted to tackle, but having help made it go a lot easier.
