I let the motor sit without the transom saver for 8+ hours. It hasn't moved down at all.

I stood on the motor - don't try this at home folks - (I'm 6'4" 270ish) and I could bounce the front of the trailer off the ground.

Tried to trim up, motor was still at the upper limit.

Any other ideas?
