Location: Madtown, WI		I'm considering upgrading the transducer on mine as well, but according to the FAQ the HELIX 7 SI GPS does not support 800 kHz frequencies but it says you can see the enhanced performance from the 455 kHz element. So I don't think upgrading the transducer to the HD model will give you HD capability you get with the HELIX 10 and HDSI. It will be better, but not 800 kHz better.
