I have a question about getting a 2nd battery for my 12 volt Minn Kota power drive V2. I want to add a 2nd battery to run in parallel. I know to hook positive to positive and negative to negative and to run the positive from one battery and the negative of the 2nd battery to the trolling motor. I also will be using two new batteries that are exactly the same. My question is how do I hook up my 2 bank charger? Can I run one bank to one battery and the other bank to the 2nd battery OR should I just run both banks to one battery since they are hooked up in parallel. They are 5amp banks and I’m running both to one battery now to get 10amp. Thanks
