Or a blob of 5 minute epoxy applied on a piece of tape backing. 3M makes some clips that stick, too.


I've tried the 3M clips and don't find the adhesive good enough or long lasting. I ended up removing their adhesive and going with liquid nails.

Put the liquid nails on and let it tack up a bit before putting it in its final location. It's also probably a good idea to wipe clean the area you're attempting to put it. I tried to shortcut that step and ran into issues with the hooks falling off.
