My rod locker is about 9-8 long. I put a 9 footer in there and it fit easily. The top of the locker is about 12" wide as are all the compartments. The storage compartment behind it is roughly 12x23". The other storage compartment behind the livewell is about 12x12. The casting deck is 65" wide by 24". The lid for the platform is about 43x24. I built the boat so that the front casting deck & rear are all the same level.
