Location: MN		Thought I would post the resolution to the issue I had with my helix and sonar. The software reset didn't work at all. The universal sonar on the trolling motor works but not all the time. It's like my old Lawrance once you get under 10 feet it freezes up on 3 feet so it works only part time. So I took the brand new transducer that came with my unit and rigged that up and that didn't work. So I bought another new transducer and finally it works. So basically I had two bad transducers, one in the trolling motor and one external.
