Jeff, do you happen to have your max RPM numbers for each of those propellers when it is just you and your gear? I'll gladly help out, but am hopeful for a little more information...

The 621 is a big, big boat and the motor is a big big motor as well, so knowing that max rpm number and the speed you are seeing will help tremendously.
