Location: Apparently where the Muskie aren't		You probaly already tried this but it could be as simple as giving it a light cleaning. I had mine out last year and the foot pedal wouldn't do anything so I just took it apart right there on the water and put it back together (didn't even really clean it) and it worked fine. Mines a very old (early 2000s) and all I did was take as much as I could comfortable apart and put it back.
