Ahh, cold seize... Stuck thermostats... If you know your boat and know a new water pump is 5 pounds a idle, and a used water pump is 3.8 to 4 pounds at idle........... And then you have none to .5 at idle your thermostats are stuck open... Don't plane out given the piston will be hot and expanded and the block is cold and tight, water pressure guage when monitored prevents cold seizure.
