Location: Suspended		My first thought is to always check the connection points. A bad cable connection to the back of the unit can wreak havoc, pin connections can fail intermittently and sometimes they just need a little attention like cleaning off of oxidization or a spreading of the pin. Assuming you checked that already my next step would be to contact the manufacturer, maybe you'll get help from them. Good luck.
