These batteries are only for the trolling motor. When there drained they both charge yellow indicator than both green when full what I have noticed if I leave them unplug for a day or so an plug them back in an check the onboard charger one battery reads full while the other is yellow than after 10 or so minutes turns green as well. These batteries were just bought in 2014
