Location: Minocqua, WI		In addition to batteries, I would check the circuit breaker also. Had a similar issue with losing power and shut-down with my same model Terrova last year, but my batteries were new. Problem was the circuit breaker for the 24V battery connection went bad, replaced the original ancient one off boat in favor of the MinnKota brand ($40 piece). Fixed everything.
