A bad/good experience to report.My remote went out is the bad news.The good news is using the motor without it has improved my overall 'feel' for it,especially in wind.The really good news is despite even dealers saying finding Ulterra 'remotes' is hard,all one need do is call Mn Kota.They'll ship one right away and send you a shipping label to return your old one.No charge.#*^@ SWEET!
