You will have to open up the vents in that prop to get decent performance from it. Other things also come into play, like motor height, trim, and weighting in the boat. In most cases, The Rev 4 outperforms the Tempest in all areas on a deep V glass boat, except top speed. On my 1890, top speed dropped about 2 -3 MPH, but overall performance was much better.
