Location: central Wisconsin | I've got a 1996 25 hp Evinrude that will not charge the starting battery. I run two graphs off the same battery. After two days or so the battery will not turn over the motor. I replaced the rectifier and noticed running at full throttle my graph will read 12.2 volts, shut her down though and it reads 11.5 - 11.7. The battery is two years old. I fish small lakes so the motor runs typically for short periods of time and if I troll the graph still reads under 12 volts.
Any ideas? |
