Location: Richland Center, WI.
I have the same motor.
Motor would not spin but would turn left and right.
Could hear a click in the relay on the control panel
but still no spin.
Took it to Dorn Hardware in Madison. Tuesdays and Thursdays
they have guys there. Fixed mine quickly. The prop shaft seal was
messed up and allowed water to enter the motor, shutting it down.
New brushes and prop shaft seal and it is back in service.

Now if I can get my motor on the boat to start. It is at the shop also.

I am heading up to the Chip on Saturday. Where you staying, I may need a ride!
