As a child I fished of the boat ramp docks. If it wasn't a "busy period". I offered to hold boats some people let me some didn't, it's all good. Most people apologized for power loading but I knew that only made he walleyes hammer down on food. So after they didn't have any luck I would drop my jig in there propwash and nail an eye or two in front of them. But not before or after they were gone.
