Location: MN		I was at a ramp on the St. Croix unloaded boat, moved it to the non ramp side out of the way and went to park.
Was by my self.
Came back and a family of four was fishing off end of dock using my boat as a storage shelf.
Tackle boxes, cooler, and rods.
Worst of all mom was smoking right over the gas cap with 22 gallons underneath tying on a hook.
Not a pleasant situation.... for them.
