If it's just me I don't go to busy ramps. Funniest ramp experience was at Little Wall Lake near Jewell, Iowa. Mom, dad in chairs having a snack on the dock watching the plump kiddies in the ramp wading/swimming. I told the kids "you'll want to get out of there", and proceeded to back down. Mom wasn't happy I left the boat at the end of the dock with the 2 stroke Evinrude smokin the place up. I'd like to think this happens only in Iowa but I'll bet it's more common than I know.
