Location: Oregon, WI		The rocking motion is front to back like someone jumping up and down on the rear bumper. Hitch ball is the correct size. And yes moving it back 3", although reduced the TW by 75# as measured at the shop, did seem to worsen the problem. This problem only is prevalent on roads with expansion joints.
