Location: North Central IL USA		V18, what's 'bucking/rocking'? The boat is rocking side to side? Is it also feeling like it's thrusting into the hitch? How is it on other roads without expansion joints?

It's strange how muskyhunter47's boat gives him no issues and only67 has the same problem with a different boat.

Could it be a hitch issue?
