Location: Central Wisconsin		It used to be a common problem for me in my Jon boat. I had one battery for the electric start 25hp motor, a small sonar unit and the 12v trolling motor. The terminals would corrode and it would disable something, but not everything. I also have an onboard charger connected to the battery. I know it's not ideal, but it works pretty well for me.

I would say that was likely the problem.
