Location: Hayward, WI | You can not use a Navionics chip for follow the contour. It has to be a Lakemaster that is Link compatible, or your own Autochart map.
I do not use the follow the track at all. I just have the Ipilot, not the Link. I would rather get a little different approach if I am fishing the same structure again. If I had Link I would be more apt to go from waypoint to waypoint I think.
Yes you can us the spot lock and then resume the track.
Yes you can adjust the speed as you go.
