I have a 680c and tow it with a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited which also has 3500 lbs as the towing capacity and I know other guys who tow 680's with mini vans. My Jeep does fine and I've towed the boat over 600 miles. Like I would with any truck/towing scenario, I just don't get crazy and don't exceed 65 mph on the interstate. The only issue you MAY have is on steep slippery ramps since you only have 2 wheel drive.
