I'm not a fan of the Skeeter myself - extremely heavy yet not known for a good ride in rougher water.


Only 90 pounds more than the Ranger 1880. It's such a low profile boat I wouldn't expect a super good rough water ride. Gotta be better than a bass boat though!

I'm a bit intrigued by the Tuffy 1890 (a 1600 pound boat) but for the life of me, I can't find any photos of the interior of the boat online. And dealers are almost non-existent.
