I like the layout of the Lund but could it possible ride close to glass?

I'm not sure. I have only run a tin boat. I am basing my opinion on the numerous posts from guys who have had tin boats and glass boats. Nearly all of them say that the glass gives a better ride. The Lund shouldn't blow around as much as your big deep Vs with full windshields simply because it doesn't have as much boat sitting above the water. But tin bassboat guys who came from glass bassboats say they get pushed in the wind more in the tin even though they have comparable profile boats.

With a Terrova or Xi5 and a Talon, boat control becomes much easier regardless whether you have tin or glass. My Talon helped so much last year. Good luck with your purchase. Let us know what you get.
