i have a deep v glass boat with a 175 2-stroke and spin a 4-blade 21p and although it will run 53.5mph, it cruises at 40 and stays out of the water at mid-high 20's (also important and only done by pushing water volume). all facets of "performance" ... even the low end would be effected.
