On my 521 I had the same problems. If it has torsion axels like the bass boats do then according to ranger it is really important on your hitch height. It also is very important to have proper air pressure. I did like you did and wore through a set of tires in a season, after being very displeased I called Ranger spent some time with them on the phone they gave me the best specs possible for that boat(hitch height, tire pressure, etc.) Not only do the tires wear like iron now, the boat pulls way better now!
