I have a 2013 Ford F-150, EcoBoost, 3:55 gear, crew cab, fwd, pulling a Lund 2010 Pro Guide tandem axle trailer (I guess over 4000# with gear) cruise control @ 72 MPH, we get between 11.5 & 13 MPG, depending on wind, that's with premium fuel.
