I found a number of posts here discussing towing rigs, but I am curious if anyone has found a source that compares all the Half Ton's mpg while towing the typical bass/muskie rig (3000-4000?) and includes diesel and gas??

I understand that there are many other considerations such ride quality, etc..

I am just trying to get a handle on the mpg, and am finding it impossible to find a source that dials in on the Half Ton towing 4000 area.
