Location: Elko - Lake Vermilion		I passed on buying 5 acres with an older 2 bedroom, yr. round home only 1/2 mile from Lake vermilion..... It also had a 40x60' heated pole barn for $50,000.
I should have done it, worth a lot more than a new or newer Ranger for sure.
Sorry guys, New Boats are crazy expensive and even though I can afford to buy a new one, I will not.
I'll keep looking for "the deal"
