Where I live people have never heard of some of the boat manufactures that supply lots of boats in the upper midwest.  Resale value has a lot to do with location.[/QUOTE]

Tracker doesn't make a "bad" boat. It's just not a coveted boat on the used market. Saw a handful of used trackers for sale when I was looking, and they could be had for much cheaper.[/QUOTE]

Yeah....as someone who has seen a lot of boats in multiple states, I can say that Lund and Ranger are pretty much well known nation wide. Tracker? Not so much. I would also agree that Tuffy isn't as well known outside of the Midwest. But that isn't really surprising looking at their more targeted demographic.
