Ended up with the Helix 5 and put it in the same spot as the old unit. Just couldnt bring myself to drill another big hole so I filled the old mounting bracket holds with water weld and reused the cable hole . I also decided to use the transducer that came with the unit instead of the one on the TM so I could utilize the DI feature. Not exactly how I wanted it but should work out just fine.
