Location: New Berlin,Wisconsin,53151 | I had a 12' Mirrocraft wide body with a 4 hp 1942 Elgin with a windup rope pull and would sputter when running. I also had grabbed 2 office chairs that they thru away at work and mounted them on a couple of casting platforms. I did upgrade to a 5 hp Evinrude skiffboat outboard with a rope recoil that my neighbor sold me and a 30lb thrust minkota troller. I fished out of that for 3 years before updating to what I have now. Good boat but windy days it would bob like a cork.
