Wow... lots of contrasting gas mileages being reported.

My 2004 5.4L got 15 MPG all the time... whether towing my 18' Ranger or not.

My 2014 5.0L is getting 16.5 MPG all the time. Dropped to 16 MPG when towing my boat.

The difference in MPG between my two trucks is that I have a fancy computer showing me my MPG all the time in my 2014. With my 2004... I need a pencil, calculator, and gas receipt to calculate the MPG.

Both trucks pull my glass boat just fine.
