Justin, I looked at your photo - thats a manufactured sub assemby, the tray and relays are "potted" to make them water proof. The only way to replace one relay is probably by buying the whole subassembly from the manufacturer.

Here's a link for individual replacement relays. But, I wouldn't recommend it unless you know what your are doing. The real goal is making the assembly waterproof, it looks like the connectors are water/moisture proof too. Water & electrical connections don't mix very well, e.g., your corrosion problem.

If the corroded connection is in a hard to get to area, I would recommend coating it completely with some silicone grease to waterproof it. I also do this with my battery terminals when I clean them every spring.
