The seastar tie bar is the best bet. But you need 14inches of clearance on each side of the motor. Non big motor side for the arm to go back and forth and in between motors for the cable connecting the 2. I agree have seen the ez steer fail many of times. There are plent of options tho. Even a normal tie bar will work. Even tho they say tou must disconnect. Not true at all. I and i know plenty of others that always leave theres connected.
