If you were willing to peel off a keel guard you can fix it yourself since color matching won't be an issue since you will replace a new keel guard. Many products on the market for this the stuff I used to do this came in a red pint can with a tube of hardener. Takes five minutes to cure. Follow preparation and cleanup on the can it's easy.
