Location: Bluegrass region		Hello all. Has anyone used a Sternmate to mount a transom transducer? I am getting ready to upgrade the electronics on my Sylvan Pro Select. I would really like to get the transducer mounted in such a way that it will hold bottom lock at cruising speeds.
I have purchased a plastic mounting plate if I do not need to get the Sternmate.
What are others doing to keep your ducers out of turbulence on riveted v hulls? Thanks.
