Location: Kildeer, IL		Both of those batteries would work for starting your engine, but the dual purpose Group 27 will have a much longer reserve time for your graphs, lights, livewell, etc... After running those all day you wouldn't have to worry about starting your engine. With the group 24 starting battery, you might be out of juice.
