I agree with the comments on the 2-bank charger. I should have skipped the factory install and purchased my own 3-bank. For $150 I might do that over the winter.

$21K sounds about right to me. I bought mine brand new last fall with a 150 Evinrude and a ton of bells and whistles. Came out to $25K. A 135 brought it down to the low 20's, so you should be able to negotiate a price around $19K if you try.
