Subject: Mounting a transducer to a wood boat

Location: Wakefield, MI		In about a month I'm going to go pick up my row troller, and a few weeks ago I picked up a Lowrance Elite 7 Chirp. What do I have to do to seal up the holes when I mount the transducer? Drilling into wood below the waterline makes me a bit nervous.
