Make sure the carpet is good, that year there were a batch of boats shipped with bad carpet. if the carpet is bad, it will have black spots on it. Pass on it if it has that. Look at the overall condition of the gel coat, and if all is well, the rig should sell for about $8500 to $9000 with a TuffTrail trailer (no motor) if the dealer wants to dump it. Personally, if the boat is in a dealership it has it's 6th birthday coming up--I would offer the dealer $8000 and see if he bites.
