You need to max out tiller as the coast guard already reduces the HP to barley functional levels. It`s not like a console where you could go with 30% less hp and just sacrifice speed. The same hull in console will max out almost double. Tiller always needs max hp. Crestliner are very nice but give me a glass tiller and I`m in trolling bliss.
