I had a few flats style boats when I was living in Florida that I could see using as a muskie boat. We could float well under a foot. I think my buddies was a 22 foot pathfinder that gets way shallower then I thought possible, the new ones have under gunnel rod holders too.

Not a great rough water boat though. Wet in anything over a foot. But fast and shallow.
